Roles & Responsibilities:
- Min. 8-12 years of lending work experience of which recent (min.) 5+ years' exp should be in Credit Card Sales.
- Should have sound exposure to various sourcing models for All business - DSA, Direct sourcing, Cross Sell or Partnership in driving Sales, Productivity and Growth.
- Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team.
- Closely monitor Productivity & take corrective actions to keep productivity as per the budgets.
- Should have hands on working exposure across geographies.
- Lead a sales team who will be engaged in selling Credit Cards through DSA/ Direct Sales/ Partnership channel management.
- Should have sound understanding of requirements of various cross functional stakeholders (Risk/Credit, Technical, Lawyer, operations, product team etc.)
- Should have a strong network of key/high performing DSAs/ Partners at all locations.
- Should have decent understanding of financial analysis, underwriting methods, property related nuances, business segments in the cities across PAN India
- Should have sound inclination towards technology/digital processes.
