1. To perform Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) for assigned Units to ensure maximum adherence to laid down processes and policies.

2. To identify inherent risk and residual risks associated with the process with the help of RCSA. Discuss it further with respective stakeholders and agree on time-bound action plan.

3. Review and provide critical input on new products/processes and any amendments to existing products/processes to highlight Operational Risks and recommend additional controls to mitigate the risks.

4. To develop and monitor KRI trends along with Risk Appetite Statement of the Organisation and work with stakeholders to improve breached parameters so as to bring them within acceptable threshold.

5. To develop, maintain and update the repository of Organisations acceptable risks, issue and action and control library.

6. To enhance Risk Control Matrix (RCM) for functions assigned for the annual IFC (Internal Financial Controls) review as per the Companies Act 2013, and to ensure control testing through samples for the compliance purpose.

7. To manage Operational risks arising from Material outsourcing activities, and review gaps and recommendation, and continuity with stakeholders.

8. To maintain Operational loss data for the Organisation, carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of critical and recurring events to identify gaps, recommend process and system enhancement to minimize or eliminate future Operational losses.

9. Develop training modules, including online modules, conduct & organise training sessions for development and maintaining of risk culture.

10. To ensure the productivity and target of the OR specialists assigned, by providing them proper handholding / training along with adequate governance.

11. To conduct thematic reviews on specific assigned areas / theme as and where required and present the outcome to the management.

12. Develop the monthly dashboard for the assigned units/functions and present the same in the regular management meetings including ORMC.
