Poonawalla Fincorp - General Manager - Investor Relation

- Planning, and execution of the company's investor relations strategy

- Serve as point of contact for investment community (investors, analysts, exchange representatives, etc.), maintain database of interactions, and convey sentiments and feedback to management

- Coordinating and participation in investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, analyst / investor days and 1-1 meetings; Brokers Conference.

- Coordinate with the internal execution teams including Admin; communications etc..and execute the logistics and communications related requirements for the meetings

- Partner with legal and corporate communications to ensure all external communications are accurate, consistent with corporate messaging, and aligned with securities regulations and ensuring timely information to the exchanges.

- Development of investor communications, including corporate presentation decks, earnings releases, earnings and other conference call scripts, management Q&As, content for investor tab of the corporate website, Annual Report etc..

- Prepare the Executive Leadership Team for investor meetings, road shows, earnings calls, etc.

- Track and analyze shareholder base and investment trends for the company, its peers, and its competitors to inform investor targeting strategy and monitor impact of strategy over time

- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion

Profile :

- Need a pure IR/ Investment Banking/equity sales/Corporate Access professional with 8-10 years of experience, with corporates/Investment banks/IR agencies/Consultants

- Experience in Capital Markets; M&A; Fund raising to be added advantage

- Strong contacts with Indian/ Foreign Investors on both buy side and sell side is must.

- Should have the presence and gravitas to represent company

- Self-motivated to work in the function from scratch, highly motivated and should be a team player.

- Proven ability to develop and present investor materials (both in written form and in-person presentations), build new relationships and account manage existing relationships.

- Post Graduate in Finance - Preferably MBA Finance from premier institute; CA/CFA

- Oral and written communication proficiency
