Poonawalla Fincorp - Chief Manager/General Manager - Software Engineering - Micro Services Architecture

Principal Accountabilities

1. Hands on experience in development of Micro services Architecture

2. To manage end-to-end Microservice Design and technology/process/data standardization and capability design, customer experience design, and journey mapping.

3. Design, develop and implement various web/mobile app-based customer/partner/merchant journeys.

4. Will be responsible for establishing cross-program, and cross-group Architecture strategies, opportunities, and problem resolution, setting enterprise direction within a given domain.

5. Good understanding on Lending Business and designing the end-to-end digital business models.

6. Should have excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills. Should also have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

7. Should be having experience on cloud technology and management of end to end Dev Ops implementation.

Qualification, Experience & Skills - Desired Profile of the Candidate

Qualifications: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunications.

Experience/Skills: Overall technical experience of 7+ years in Node JS / Java / Spring boot / React JS /Next JS/ BMPN tool and should be hands on designing the application architecture. Experience on MySQL and Mongo DB is must.
