Poonawalla Fincorp - Chief Manager/General Manager - Innovations Product Management

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Execution of Digital Business Strategy & Plan.

2. Prepare detailed requirement documents for prototyping and final development by engineering team.

3. Product Management: Responsible for development & management of innovative digital products. Execute all processes in the product lifecycle, including understanding the business needs, conceptualize, planning, positioning, and product launch.

4. Design, develop and implement various web/mobile app-based customer/partner/merchant journeys.

5. Build the digital journeys in coordination with various stakeholders, apply frameworks for value creation and innovation for sustainable competitive advantage. High involvement with Credit, Collections, Operations, Call Centre & Risk Team to design Digital Products in Financial services domain (Lending, Insurance, Cards, MF etc).

6. Good understanding of API integration, databases, Scorecards, Digital KYC, e-signing etc. as per RBI framework for designing the end-to-end digital business models.

7. Product Enhancement: To customize/enhance existing digital offerings to suit customer needs.

8. Compliances: To ensure the implementation of all the regulatory and statutory compliances in a time bound manner.

9. Customer Education & Awareness: Involve in campaigns to spread awareness among the customers on digital products to prevent frauds.

Qualification, Experience & Skills - Desired Profile of the Candidate:

Qualifications : Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunications or Bachelor's in Computer Applications / Master's in Computer Application/Master in Business Administration/Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration

Experience/Skills : Overall techno functional experience of 7-10 years in digital lending / digital banking / product management / web & mobile banking. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. In-depth understanding of digital banking products/processes/compliance requirements etc. is must.
