Poonawalla Fincorp - AVP - Project Management

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Define and implement program management vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures for IT Program Management activities.

2. Implement a common project management methodology, standards and tools for managing projects.

3. Standardize reporting formats and ensure timely reporting of overall program status to management.

4. Regular and timely reviews of IT projects, monitoring progress and reporting.

5. Highlight project risks to the management and take corrective measures to mitigate risks.

6. Manage and lead the team to ensure optimal performance and maximize productivity.

7. Publish regular and timely updates to senior management on program status, associated risks and challenges

8. Maintain project, security, regulatory, audit, compliance & digital fraud dashboard.

9. Implement best practices, methodologies and associated project management tools.

Qualification, Experience & Skills - Desired Profile of the Candidate :

Qualifications : Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunications or Master's in Computer Application/Master in Business Administration/Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration

Experience/Skills :

- Overall techno functional experience of 10+ years in project management.

- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

- In-depth understanding of the key components of project management, associated tools, best practices and methodologies etc. is must.

- Should have practical experience in project management and reporting.

- Certifications such as PMP or equivalent will be preferred.
