For more details visit our website www.poonawallafinance.com Position Title: Senior Manager - HR Job Description & Key Responsibilities: - - Originate and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce - Administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs in the area of benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance management and organizational development - Extensive headhunting activity by attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job portals & social networking sites. - Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, Salary & benefit of the job in question - Provides inputs for payroll processing of the employees - Manpower planning and managing the recruitment process - Detailed Induction and orientation program of new employees - Monitoring and maintaining leave and attendance system in HRMS - Assessment of Training needs at various levels, preparation of training budget and imparting of training - Compliance of statutory requirements - Performance appraisal, rewards, and incentives for employees - Preparing and maintaining employee records related to hiring, transferring and promoting. - Monitoring & maintaining systems for Provident Fund - Maintaining Employee relations & resolving employee grievances - Exit formalities - Managing vendors, portal agreement, renewals, payment terms, etc. - Preparing monthly manpower report with detailed analysis Plan V/s Actual, Gaps offers, etc. - Discuss employees career development paths with managers - Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire) - Any other responsibility assigned by the management Competencies & Skills Set: - - Should have the entire gamut of Human Resource Management experience - Corporate Strategic HR, Talent Management, Organization Development, and its interventions, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition & Retention - Good Leadership Qualities & ability to get along with the team - Should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Excellent negotiation skills - Good listener and solution finder to people issues - Empathetic nature with balanced assertiveness - MBA in HR or Equivalent Degree
