Incumbent will closely work with the Managing Director. Job Role : 1. To be core member of the team which will focus on Organization goal, Strategy, Business Development, New products and new markets etc. 2. To design, analyze and communicate MIS (Analytics/ Dashboard) 3. Conduct Business Environment/ Competitor/ Industry scan and identify business opportunities and risks for regular reviews with the MD. 4.Conduct Primary and Secondary research for a new product line and new markets. Required Candidate profile : - MBBS / B Pharma / M Pharma / MHA and MBA -From Top-ranked B School. - Min 2 Years experience in a similar role and exposure to similar industry is preferred. - Strong analytical skills - High energy and inquisitive approach - Ready to explore new challenges - Team player
