1. SOP for Recovery for delinquency

2.MIS Recovery and bad / doubtful debt management

3. Maintain MIS for Litigations

4. Courts, notices received and dispute resolutions.

5. Proactive

6. Create and implement templates across all BUs

7. Vet, review, discuss and finalize agreements / documents in consultation with i8

8. internal and external stakeholders.

9. Guidance notes on each Agreement to BU Head

10. Compliance Management
