1. Technical skills:

a) MIS, Financial Statements & Audit:

(i) Expense management - review and escalation of exceptions

(ii) Ensuring internal process controls for finance function and process improvisation

(iii) Active participation in budgeting exercise

(iv) Co-ordination with internal and statutory auditor

(v) Preparation and closing of IND AS financial statements (Quarterly and Annual) as per timelines advised by management.

(vi) Strong Knowledge of IND AS and IFRS, Companies Act 2013 and Compliance & Disclosure requirements.

(vii) Assist in the preparation of the technical accounting note when required for audit and internal purposes.

(viii) Active participation in the Annual Report preparation

(ix) Presenting MIS of the Group Companies to Parent Company

(x) Performing analytical procedures on the Group companies MIS

(xi) Periodical visit to plants

(b) Finalization of books of account and statutory records of group companies:

(i) Timely closure of books of Group Companies and providing financials of Group Company for consolidation to Parent Company

(ii) Co-ordination for timely closure of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

(iii) Review of audit report, accounting policy and validation in line with Parent Company

(iv) Supervision of daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks and activities of all subsidiaries and JVs.

(v) Related party transactions

(vi) Validation of Tax Computation

(vii) Statutory compliance

(viii) Should have strong knowledge of IND AS

(ix) Review of IND AS adjustment entries

Education: CA

Candidates are preferred from manufacturing industry.
