Poly Medicure - Head - Marketing

- Enhance brand visibility in clinical forums and academic programs, strategically positioning our brand and solutions to target HCPs effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing communication activities.

- Craft and implement the Corporate Communication Strategy for the company.

- Organize and facilitate plant visits by top clinicians and their teams to foster strong relationships and provide firsthand insights into our facilities and innovations.

- Develop and execute print and digital campaigns that effectively communicate the brand value proposition, leveraging diverse marketing channels and platforms.

- Design and execute a comprehensive channel engagement program to collaborate with key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and driving mutual growth.

- Drive corporate branding initiatives to establish a consistent and impactful brand identity across all marketing and communication materials.

- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content, monitoring conversations, and driving audience growth while maintaining brand integrity.

- Support employer branding to attract top talent, foster employee advocacy, and create positive brand culture.

- Develop and maintain the marketing budget, collaborating with key stakeholders to align budget allocations with strategic marketing goals.

Experience and Knowledge:

- Experience in healthcare marketing, branding, and communication, with a focus on engaging HCPs and target audiences.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate events.

- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including HCPs, channels, and internal teams.
