- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content, monitoring conversations, and driving audience growth while maintaining brand integrity.
- Support employer branding to attract top talent, foster employee advocacy, and create positive brand culture.
- Develop and maintain the marketing budget, collaborating with key stakeholders to align budget allocations with strategic marketing goals.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Experience in healthcare marketing, branding, and communication, with a focus on engaging HCPs and target audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate events.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including HCPs, channels, and internal teams.
