Vice President - Operations  - Strategy and Communications  - Determine and implement, with endorsement from the COO and CEO, strategic direction  - Find new areas for growth and improvement for Pollinate within bounds of organisational objectives  - Ensure new strategic initiatives decided by Executives are communicated accurately and effectively, and are implemented across the various divisions of the company  Growth and Operations :  - Scope, establish (ensuring buy-in) and maintain the systems, protocols and procedures required to enable the organisation to expand and scale its operation effectively and efficiently, while innovating at every opportunity and protecting it from risk  - Lead teams to undertake growth into new regions, including market assessment, partnership development and Business Development, training and early-stage recruitment with support of various HQ team members  - Enable capabilities of new regional teams by providing start-up support and fostering early stage culture in cities  - Work with Sales Executive to integrate sales plans into new regions, including identifying new products and new market types  - Evolve and manage the PEI financial model, incl. investor reporting, resource management, inventory cashflow management and sales  - Direct operational teams who manage inventory, data and systems at Pollinate  Reporting and Goal Setting :  - Ensure consistent reporting and information flow between management and operational teams  - Implement performance monitoring and measurement programs, and provide regular reporting on performance versus plan, and use data to suggest opportunities for improvement to COO  - Hold operational and sales management teams accountable by setting clear goals, and reporting on those goals  Compliance and risk :  - Partner with Compliance Managers to ensure that new growth initiatives are compliant  - Create contingency plans for personnel to guarantee delivery of key projects  - Assess and review performance against risk scenarios and optimize systems to mitigate significant business risks  Leadership :  - Provide leadership across the organisation  - Act as a spokesperson for the organisation  - Build strategic alliances and partnerships with other organisations  - Role model the organisation's values and vision  Specific Requirements :  - Your communication skills mean that you are adept at taking feedback both from senior management as well as junior staff to reach the best outcome. You are an expert at juggling multiple initiatives, and constantly have your eye on the business- performance.   - You are unafraid to say when we need to change direction and why, and your proven commercial skills mean you are capable of presenting these concerns to senior and executive stakeholders.
