We are looking for Sr. Manager/AVP - Social Media and Content Marketing meant with Policybazaar for Gurgaon location.

About PolicyBazaar.com:

PolicyBazaar.com is India's largest online comparison platform for insurance and other financial products and one of the fastest growing e-commerce companies in India. We specialize in helping the customer to make easy purchase decisions related to their personal finance.

Role Purpose:

- Social Media: Candidate will be the end to end brand custodian for 2 brands on social media. This will include everything from creating and managing content on social channels to online reputation management and social media strategy to grow the brand footprint on these channels

- Content Marketing: Developing unique content for websites Policybazaar.com & Paisabazaar.com, PR related articles & case studies and newsletters etc.

Responsibilities:

Social Media

- Candidate should live and breathe social media - Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and the others and be abuzz with ideas on how to leverage these channels for the PolicyBazaar and Paisabazaar brands.

- Responsible for defining and managing all the content on these social media channels and should be adept at creating content schedules for the channels and use the latest tools for the same.

- Developing fun, new ideas ranging from stories, events/contests, videos, and determining best practices for flawless execution in conjunction with the content team.

- Monitor and measure the engagement and the success of the different campaigns with channel-specific metrics.

- Track all online complaints pertaining to the brand - on Facebook, Twitter etc and on channels like Akosha and Consumer Complaints and respond to them promptly and escalate the problem to the concerned department and press for a swift resolution. You will be the point of contact for all social-related customer service complaints.

- Liaise with the social media agency for the brand to create a comprehensive social media strategy that will encompass all aspects of brand presence on social channels from follower acquisition to consistent engagement.

Content

- Developing good quality content on financial products like Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards & Mutual Funds etc.

- Product reviews and ratings of financial products

- Case Studies (use info graphics to explain things)

- Articles (Through analysis along with clear opinion)

- Finding and developing new ideas for the content.

- Assuring web content is user-friendly and key-worded for SEO benefit.

- Moderating user-generated content such as message Facebook pages/posts/twitter replies.

- Keep track of recent development in personal financial space

Experience & Skills:

- Should have 7-8 years of social media and content related experience either on the brand side or on the social media agency side

- Should be well versed with handling brand presence on social media.

Competencies:

- Should have excellent communication skills and exhibit strong writing and editing skills

- As the last signing authority on customer facing communication, excellent language, grammar and punctuation are necessary for the role

Qualification:

- MBA from a respected institute with a specialization in marketing
