Senior Manager- Analytics & Business Intelligence

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in providing reporting/analytics solutions and implementation & business insights experience. This position will be responsible for the seamless and efficient delivery of reporting and analytics offerings and support the establishment of meaningful standard global reports to increase efficiency/productivity and deliver actionable insights to the organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Ensuring data is being correctly gathered, stored and analyzed

- Develop methodologies to improve data analysis, report data findings regularly

- Responsible for maintaining all Power BI dashboards with data accuracy

- Preparation of Management Decks for weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews

- Monitor performance indicators, analyze trends, variances and identify issues

- Will be responsible for owning key data driven strategic projects for the assigned business unit

- Micro projects & insight generation as per business requirements

- Analyzing large data & generate actionable insights

- Will be responsible to do data analysis for Projects with Business impact analysis

Skills Needed

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion

- Highly analytical, Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python and other similar tools is must

- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

- Strong understanding of technology and business

- Willingness to learn & quickly adapt to new situations

- Ability to connect with people across teams levels

- Strong bias for Action

Qualifications :

Graduation, Masters in business analytics is preferable

Minimum 2 years of experience in business analytics/related fields
