We have an urgent requirement for Product Manager meant for Gurgaon location.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for understanding supplier requirement from such a platform; needs to understand the supplier business and be able to map the same in a process map

- Responsible for coalescing with Supplier for building a long term relationship on the business side and with the Supplier tech team to gather requirements and drive the project from conception to delivery

- Responsible for writing Product Requirement Document that will be taken up by the tech team for development

- Responsible for supporting the current processes with an eye for automating/improving them

- Should be able to keep up-to date with the new innovation being done in the supplier platform domain - payment, delivery, shopping basket, customer care, etc.

- Responsible for overlooking the whole tech delivery from a program management perspective - be able to guide the tech team to make the right tech decisions that supplants the business requirements

- Should be ready to work on multi projects simultaneously and work in different domains, as the requirement may be

- Should be pro-active and energetic in establishing processes and understand the whole delivery process

- Should be a committed team player and be thorough professional

- Should be a perennial learner in terms of technology/process and people/organization.

Experience & Skills:

- 2-3 years of pre-MBA experience in an IT field (as Program or Product Manager)

- At least 1 year of post-MBA experience as a Product or Program Manager or Business Developer

Qualification:

- MBA (preferred specialization in IT) from a reputed institution

- B.Tech with prior experience in an IT services or a IT product organization is a must

- Any experience (even as a Program Manager) with Web Development technology (like PHP, Java, JS, .Net) will be a plus
