Job description:

- Ability to work with a variety of people at all levels of the Organization

- Sales target achievement monthly

- Generates ideas and defines strategies to achieve business and customer satisfaction goals

- Able to follow sales lifecycle and open up new leads on regular basis.

- Guide and Mentor the Lead generation team to generate Leads through various campaigns.

- Ability to work with a variety of people at all levels of the Organization.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Experience : Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales & marketing field-work

- Should be experienced for one year.

- Should have good communication skills

- Should be very presentable

- Should have analytical skills.

- Should have account management experience.

- Key account management, driving nos. with BU & sales, client onboarding, monitoring/co-ordination of another team tasks to drive client agenda, project management.

- Insurance experience is an added advantage.
