- Structuring and negotiation of compensation with new hire/agency and hiring manager
- Work on employee engagement, performance management, and event management.
- Represent HRIS in cross-functional improvement projects
- Evaluate and help to improve existing business processes/procedures and systems for the purpose of increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Employee Relationship
- Providing payroll input details
- complete responsibility of employee database
- Making various reports on HR function
- Data analysis
- Attrition Analysis
- PMS
- Excellent communication skills
- Good at excel
- Analytically strong.
- MBA is a must in HR domain.
