Position: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities/Duties :

- Business Reporting

- Business Analysis

- Partner Management

- Proficiency level with SQL & MS-excel

- Technology understanding

Preference :

- Some post grad or grad in business / Data analytics

- Grad in Engineering / Technology

- E.commerce understanding

- Creating relevant data reporting dashboards to support day to day business management & growth

- Preparing presentations for reviews & updates

- Marketing Analytics: Funnel analysis & Campaign tracking and assess against goals

- Operations analytics

- Conduct relevant analysis by collecting data from all internal and external sources to get answers to business question.

In-sighting & Execution :

- Define business problems basis data analysis, develop processes, drive implementation and track key metrics

- On a daily basis, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations

- Develop strategy for new business growth and traffic & conversion improvement.

Education/Experience/Skills :

- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.

- Willingness to work in dynamic/challenging environment.

- Good management & presentation skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills self-motivated attitude.

- 1-3 yrs. of relevant experience preferably in e commerce or retail industries.

- Exposure & understanding of various aspects of business required - marketing, operations, revenue, website etc.

- Hands on experience in working with GA & SQL required

- Advanced Excel / SAS / R / Tableau / Python - hands on experience with any one required

- Ability to drive results with strong thought leadership

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize and manage workload, manage simultaneous projects.

- Persistent, performance-driven and solution-oriented.
