Key Responsibilities :
- Develop trust relationships with clients.
- Have thorough understanding of B2B Technical Sales.
- Expand relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing strategies that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to clients in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- International Exposure would be an added advantage.
- Ability to connect with Senior Management, including CXOs.
- Experience in Financial Service Market will be beneficial.
- Good analytical, communication skill
