- Own our internal HR applications, both new features, apps or maintenance of the existing apps
- Digitisation/ automation of existing offline processes in HR
- Solutioning of business requirements, creation of use cases and translating it into detailed BRDs for tech to work on
- Test case creation and ownership of end to end testing before feature/ app is live
- Bug identification and resolution in close coordination with tech, stakeholders and users
- Drive Integrations with third party apps
- Vendor agreements, management and negotiation
- Data insights into product adoption & usage, reporting and analytics, dash-boarding
Ideal profile will be:
- Someone currently in product with a background in HR will be ideal
Education - Ideally MBA
Experience - 3-6 yrs
Comp - upto 10L, max
Joining - ideally within 45 days
