Job description - Product manager, Growth @ Policybazaar

Policybazaar is looking for entrepreneurial product managers to join their Growth Business team.

About Growth BU: Growth as a business focuses on getting higher yield from existing Policybazaar customers, these are customers who have come to Policybazaar for their insurance needs, we work on retaining non converting traffic, up-sell on booked customers to help them be adequately insured and also cross-sell tailored propositions with lucrative offers for our customers.

As a Product manager, Growth BU, you'll be working on solving for customer journeys across CRM platforms like WhatsApp and RCS that are replacing customer journeys on traditional platforms like Web/App. While solving for the journeys, the role will require to work on our cross-sell and upsell propositions, define our GTM and segmentation for Customer Retention Marketing while working with other Business product teams to hyper personalize our offerings on traditional along with upcoming channels.

Core skills needed - Funnel analysis, Data Analysis and Reporting, Product Strategy, Stakeholder management.

Tools - SQL & Jira, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Figma etc.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with different internal teams, external teams & organizational leaders to gather requirements, develop action plan & drive tech and product initiatives to completion to improve customer and service agent experience & automate/optimize manual workstreams

- Communicate clearly to different cross-functional teams (Tech, Ops, product & leadership)

- Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data; Define, prioritize & measure key metrics

- Identify opportunities for process improvements, and recommend system modifications.

- Define and document release and sprint plans by collaborating with product managers and tech leads

- Provide data backed requirements and set plans for effective monitoring of feature that go live.

- Provide market/customer context, define detailed acceptance criterion, story acceptance and refinement and communicate decision to the product engineering team

- To translate market/customer requirements to define "WHAT" needs to be done and "WHY" in the form of tech consumable requirements

- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and industry trends

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a Product management / Program management role.

- Experience with SQL, MS-Excel , Jira

- Strong business acumen, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

- Experience of working with cross-functional teams.

- Should be able to run analysis on data to deduce patterns, insights and user behavior

- Entrepreneurial mindset, Strong communication, execution, quantitative skills

- Should be able to formulate requirements clearly that help us achieve business metrics.

- Master's Degree / MBA would be an added advantage
