Policybazaar Hiring For Internal Auditor (Risk and Compliance Advisory)
Role and Responsibilities :
1. Design, implement, and lead a compliance risk management strategy for the Group
2. Prepare a compliance audit calendar and conduct compliance audits, including liaison with internal and external auditors
3. Support the internal stakeholders in embedding a risk-aware culture within the Group by conducting compliance risk assessment training workshops
4. Establish and quantify the Group's 'risk appetite' and ensure compliance risk approach adheres accordingly and developing risk management strategies.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations whilst taking a commercial and practical approach to risk-based challenges and offering appropriate solutions
6. Ensure senior management remain informed of regulatory, legislative, and best practice changes and their obligations under these changes, and how they impact the Group
7. Provide regular reports to the management and other relevant bodies detailing any current issues or information as required
8. Corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders
9. Formulate policies for driving efficiency in all processes to most effectively adhere to our risk appetite
10. Provision of proactive and practical regulatory advice to business managers and support functions
What do we need?1. A Bachelor's degree/P.G in the following fields will be beneficial: Business Studies, Accounting, Economics, Management, and certification/diploma in risk management.
2. 5-8 years of experience in working with preferably any of the leading audit firms.
3. Outstanding communication skills, self-starter with an ability to meet deadlines in a competitive environment.
