PolicyBazaar - Content Marketing Role

Job Overview :

The candidate will be required to drive growth initiatives through content creation, and campaign management across CRM channels like App, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp for all of Policybazaar's insurance portfolio verticals.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Oversee all the CRM content used across communication channels such as App/Web Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and Emails.

- Manage Social calendar and ensure relevant messaging for each event is used across Campaigns and Business Units.

- Work with multiple stakeholders across businesses to identify the right customer segments and the relevant messaging for the user.

- Track and understand the ongoing social trends and use the relevant ones in campaigns with the right business messaging

- Get an in-depth understanding of all the insurance segments in the category.

- Strategic deep dive of customer journeys across insurances to identify all possible touchpoints.

- Understand nuances of platforms under CRM channels and best practices. Qualifications

- Undergraduate/Post-graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- 3-4 years of experience in CRM/ Growth Marketing Content Marketing OR Social Media Marketing

- Experience in working with Agencies/Digital branding/Copywriting roles

- Goal-oriented with creative skill sets
