PolicyBazaar - Assistant Manager/Manager - Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations

- The candidate will be part of the Corporate Strategy team of the company.

- The role will have a particular focus on managing investor relations (Understanding the financials and strategy of the Company, preparing and participating in crucial investor pitches, and coordinating with Investor relations and PR agencies).

- Involvement in overall group business strategies such as evaluating potential mergers & acquisitions and evaluating business strategies and efficiency initiatives.

- Also responsible for Environmental, Social, and Governance

Education: CA/ CFA/MBA (Finance)

Work experience:

- 3-5 years in corporate finance, investing, investment research, investor relations, investment banking or business strategy/ consulting

Must haves:

- The candidate must be good with numbers and must have advanced knowledge of Excel

- Should have a good understanding of financial statements

- Should have good communication skills and the ability to prepare effective presentations
