Position Purpose: To frame and manage Product and Policies for Consumer Durable Loan

Specific Responsibilities - Competition Review and Work on Entry Strategy for RCF

- Extensive Market Research to understand Customer needs, Business Stragetgy to design CD Loan Products

- Case Study Analysis - Doing detailed Case studies on the delinquent cases & giving the relevant feedback to the ground level sales as well as credit teams.

- Credit Reviews - This would include doing good bad analysis - picking up good & bad files & analysing what went wrong and what was done correctly in those cases and ensuring the feedback goes back to the ground level sales & credit teams.

- Trainings to the field Sales and credit
