Policy Manager - Construction Equipment Loan -NBFC

Job Description:

Key functions will be:

- Underwrite cases raised to HO owing to exception on amount or exception.

- Maintain repository and ensure timely and appropriate release of approval authorities.

- Send periodic portfolio reports to relevant stake holders.

- Periodic Follow up with branches on Non Starter cases

- Periodic Follow up with branches on High Value Delinquent cases

- Coordinate with Audit to check if u/w is in confirmation to what is rolled out.

- Regular Review, Controlling as well as Monitoring of Credit Policy, Processes, Auditing and Compliance with the Policy as laid down in Pan India level.

- Responsible for Training across locations to align & update the skills of Credit & Business Team & Monitoring the Credit Processes
