a) Credit Policy Development: Develop, review, and enhance the credit policies & procedures for existing as well as new secured/unsecured loan products done under the co-lending model with various partners, to maintain a balanced and effective risk management approach while supporting business objectives.

Understanding credit policies of partnerships and aligning the same to ensure that it meets the company's overall risk appetite.

b) Portfolio Risk Assessment & Monitoring: Assess credit risk in the portfolio on an ongoing basis through in-depth analysis of good/bad segments. Identify data gaps/anomalies and reconcile the same with partners.Establish credit monitoring mechanisms to track the performance of the credit portfolio and proactively identify potential areas of concern. Track & report FLAG requirement and availability wherever applicable. Present portfolio performance and insights to senior management on monthly basis.

c) Data Analysis & Automation: Utilise data analytics to gain insights into credit trends, customer behaviour, and portfolio performance, and use this information to optimise credit policy decisions. Collaborating with Data Science &Tech Team for increasing extent of automation and system demonising (including use of AI/ML techniques)to maximise the coverage of transactions through system.

- Developing,deploying, maintaining and updating scorecards / policy rules (BR Es) in system. Ensure successful UAT is conducted for all BR Es rules coded in the system.

d) Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory guidelines and ensure the credit policy adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements set forth by relevant authorities.

e) Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including Finance, Operations, IT, Data Analytics, Business, Credit and Collections, to integrate credit policy considerations into their respective functions.

f) Ad-hoc assignments: Ad-hoc assignments related to credit risk and portfolio analytics from time to time
