Description: 

- Defining, managing, assessing and monitoring the credit policy norms for BIL portfolio

- Rollout of credit policies

- Closely monitor the underwriter procedures and ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with operations, fraud control and other stakeholders

- Portfolio monitoring and portfolio analytics - Analyzing various data trends and presenting it to the top management

- Closely interacting with the internal/external audit to ensure zero tolerance on audits

Qualifications

- CA or Post Graduate MBA with 4-5 years of experience with underwriting/ policy experience

- Good communication /presentation skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Power Point and Word

- Knowledge of SAS will be an added advantage
