Job description:

The role necessitates understanding of risk drivers for the EFS business and evolving a policy framework to mitigate the risks. As an evolving business, the execution elements are critical and hence necessary follow along with stakeholder management is key for successful execution. Interpreting data and making suggestions to improve portfolio quality while being mindful of the organization's risk appetite is a key professional trait. Also, being able to clearly articulate risk trade-offs and express it in policy roll-outs is another key professional trait.
