Experience: 5+ years of work experience in Policy formulation on LAP and Micro LAP

Location: Mumbai

Job role:

- Ascertain that the appropriate policies, products, and risk metrics are in place.

- Credit Policy Development for Micro Loan against Property product Loans

- Creating and executing successful campaigns.

- Formulation and implementation of non-credit risk management processes and controls, such as compliance, fraud, liquidity, and operational risk.

- Ensuring that credit exposure adheres to credit policies, procedures, standards, and capital requirements.

- Ensure that any credit exposure adheres to credit policies, procedures, standards, and capital requirements.

- Extensive oversight controls are implemented.

- Provide clear, succinct, and objective management recommendations, as well as complete summary reports to relevant committees.
