Policy Head - BFSI

Job Description:

- Credit policy formulation, amendment and clarifications to front end team for secured/unsecured.

- Portfolio monitoring and bringing up the recommendations for necessary policy changes from time to time.

- Ensure regulatory compliances for the portfolios assigned.

- Evaluating partnership proposals for digital, co lending arrangements and monitoring same for performance.

- Use of analytics to churn portfolio and do RCA for Key observations and initiate remedial.

- Actions evaluation of application/risk/ behavior score cards from risk reward balance perspective monitoring of same post deployment to ensure desired outcomes.

Qualification:-CA/MBA
