Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including designing KPIs, performance evaluations, and goal-setting processes.
- Create and enforce employee policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
- Monitor employee attendance, delivery, and performance, providing timely feedback and support to drive individual and team success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project management and timely delivery of team objectives.
- Conduct employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, including orientation programs and exit interviews.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance HR processes and practices.
Requirements:
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, performance management, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to design and implement performance evaluation systems and monitor employee performance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
