Profile Summary :

As an Entry-Level Legal Specialist specializing in Labor Law and Company Law, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and guidance to our organization and clients. You will be responsible for interpreting and applying labor and company laws to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and foster a legally sound work environment. Your role will involve conducting research, offering legal advice, drafting documents, and assisting in various legal matters related to labor and company regulations.

Key Responsibility :

- Conduct in-depth legal research on labor laws, regulations, and company laws to stay up to date with any changes or updates.

- Analyse legal precedents, statutes, and case laws relevant to labor and company matters.

Compliance and Advisory:

- Provide guidance and recommendations to HR departments and management on labor law compliance, including matters related to employment contracts, wages, working hours, and employee benefits.

- Offer legal advice on company law matters such as corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and company formations.

Document Drafting:

- Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, company policies, and corporate documents.

- Prepare legal correspondences, notices, and responses related to labor and company law matters.

Employee Relations:

- Assist in addressing employment-related issues and disputes, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and grievances, while ensuring adherence to labor regulations.

- Support HR teams in drafting and implementing employee handbooks and policies that align with labor laws.

Litigation Support:

- Collaborate with senior legal professionals in preparing and organizing materials for legal proceedings, including hearings, arbitrations, and court cases related to labor and company law.

Training and Education:

- Conduct internal training sessions and workshops to educate employees, managers, and HR teams about labor and company law requirements and best practices.

Contract Management:

- Review contracts and agreements to ensure they comply with both labor and company laws, highlighting potential risks and proposing necessary modifications.

- Support Complete Contract life cycle.

- Contract drafting & Management.

- Create and maintain an agreement repository

Regulatory Compliance:

- Monitor changes in labor and company regulations at local, state, and federal levels and advise on necessary actions to maintain compliance.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field

- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and company law principles.

- Excellent research and analytical skills.

- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.

- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment.

- Internships or coursework related to labor and company law are advantageous.
