We are looking at someone who can join our HR team and be a major driver & enabler of our growth journey by leading entire T&D agenda.
We are looking at someone who can help us with
- Ideation & Implementation of Training & Development strategy in order to build and develop internal talent pool in view of continuous need of Tech upgradation
- Creating and executing various learning strategies and programs to support the business growth and headcount growth in fast-paced environment.
- Working with functions heads and HR head to complete the need assessment and designing the T&D strategy to accomplish the same
Competencies & Skills Required:
- Master's degree in human resources from premier B School such as XLRI and TISS with minimum experience of 3-4 years of experience in T&D (2014-2017 pass outs)
- Strong stakeholder management skills along with outstanding communication (written and oral), collaboration, interpersonal, team management and leadership skills is must
