Consultant Marketing
This position entails working closely with the respective web development, marketing, and content producing teams and requires close collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and directing marketing campaigns and getting involved in business analysis and growth strategy.
- Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the top competitors for our Solutions and subcategories and create a competitive positioning.
- Work on 360-degree campaigns - paid, email and organic to engage with decision makers on platforms of their choice
- Be the spokesperson for our services by developing compelling content with the content writing team, and through the presentation, whether on webinars, to internal teams, or at events.
- Develop a marketing plan with our Business Development and Industry teams to ensure we reach the right audience and are driving awareness and demand.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the sales funnel and rally the team to engage with the target account through different strategies like ABM, Email automation, Paid Social, etc.
- Own GTM Plans launches and manages the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- Enable the sales team with the right training, tools, and information to close or accelerate deals.
- Own and oversee database management-segmentation, list acquisition/import, data cleansing, web form capture, lead management, etc.
- Proofread, edit, manage the production of digital assets like infographics, brochures, leadership content in the segments.
- Liaison with cross functional teams to brainstorm ideas, conduct research and present findings to the management team
- Work with the SEO team to increase searchability and visibility of the product through organic and paid search.
- Understanding business pain points and subsequently linking back with Polestar services.
Qualifications:
- An understanding of digital transformation software buyers is a critical starting point.
- Great presentation skills, with an ability to deliver technical content in a clear, concise, and compelling language.
- Willing to interact with customers, partners, and press/analysts with accuracy and professionalism.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies and methods.
- MBA with a major in Marketing (Technical background is a plus).

Eligibility Criteria: MBA from a reputed institute with a specialization in Marketing.
