Position Summary or About the role:

- Senior Business Analyst is an Individual Contributor role where you would be involved in identifying complex fuzzy problems, breaking them down into smaller parts and implementing creative, data-driven solutions. You would be responsible for defining, tracking and improving key metrics and communicating business trends to stakeholders.

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyse the business needs of clients to identify the business problems and propose solutions that help client organization to achieve its goals

- Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand strategical requirements and provide direction for project planning to ensure understanding of requirements and delivery

- Liaise with client, business partners and project team to ensure effective technical solutions

- Manage client expectations and monitors the performance to ensure client satisfaction

- Strong documentation of the configuration and requirement specification

- Serves as a technical lead and may have people management responsibilities
