JOB SUMMARY: This position will provide strong Human Resources operational support to the whole EMEAI Region. The HR Systems &amp; Administration Specialist is responsible for managing employee information within the company databases, including the human resources, payroll, recruitment systems etc. The HR Systems &amp; Administration Specialist is also responsible for providing administrative support to the EMEAI HR Team in relation to various topics ranging from Recruitment to Reporting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: HR Systems - Process HR employee information into the HR Systems (Workday, time management systems etc.): open requisitions, hire, terminate, promote employees, - Monitor data integrity in Workday and other HR systems by reviewing discrepancies, following-up and escalate if necessary, - Provide recurring and ad-hoc reports. Recruitment - Post job ads on job boards, - Coordinate job interviews and testing with candidates, - Perform first level screening for certain positions, - Coordinate collection of interview team member's feedback. On-boarding/Off-boarding - Support EMEA HQ &amp; subsidiaries in employee on-boarding &amp; off-boarding HR Admin processes (collect/store and issue relevant documents), communicate with payroll providers, - Deliver basic HR induction to new comers (Workday training, SharePoint, Payroll, Time Management systems training). General Administration - Responsible for handling the organization of EMEAI quarterly business review meetings, - Responsible for sending organizational announcements. HR Projects - Participate to ad-hoc HR projects. SKILLS &amp; KNOWLEDGE - Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Economics, HR or related field required, - Minimum of 2+ years of work experience in HR, - Proven track record of working in an international HR environment, - Proven experience with HR Systems administration &amp; maintenance, - Fluent in English, - Excellent organizational &amp; analytical skills, - Microsoft office and broad IT skills, - Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, - Understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion, - Ability to work in a matrix organization and handle ambiguity, - High learning agility.
