Job Responsibilities :

- Manage the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing strategies to offer negotiation.

- Work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies to meet business needs.

- Identify potential candidates through creative sourcing techniques to fill the candidate pipeline.

- Strategize, recommend, and drive improvements for building a talent pipeline.

- Act as a consultant in hiring processes utilizing industry knowledge, compensation expertise, leveling guidelines, etc.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders across the hierarchy.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- 3+ years of recruitment experience in a fast paced environment handling end to end recruitment activities which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management and all the related responsibilities.

- Should have relevant experience working in industries like Media/Technology/D2C startups.

- Solid experience in stakeholder management, data management and handling India & Global contingency agencies & executive search firms.

- Experience in recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to improve process efficiencies.

- Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills: strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
