Key Responsibilities : - Manage the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing strategies to offer negotiation across key departments like Content & Marketing (for English speaking markets). - Work closely with hiring managers to develop annual recruitment strategies to meet manpower requirements across key English speaking markets. - Identify potential candidates through creative sourcing techniques to fill the candidate pipeline. - Strategize, recommend, and drive improvements for building a talent pipeline. - Act as a consultant in hiring processes utilizing industry knowledge, compensation expertise, leveling guidelines, etc. Qualifications : - 6-12 years of recruitment experience in a fast paced environment (exposure to Media Tech hiring is a MUST) handling end to end recruitment activities which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management and all the related responsibilities. - Solid experience in stakeholder management, data management and handling International contingency agencies & executive search firms. - Experience in recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to improve process efficiencies. - Outstanding interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
