Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance & HR to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of compliance and human resources functions to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks, HR best practices, and a proactive approach to compliance management within the rapidly evolving media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance strategies and policies to ensure adherence to local, national, and international regulations.

- Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to proactively identify compliance risks and opportunities for improvement.

- Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain compliance standards across all business functions.

- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters, including data privacy, content regulations, and licensing requirements.

- Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and external legal counsel to address compliance issues and inquiries.

- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's strategic objectives.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Maintain accurate records and reports related to compliance and HR activities, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Qualification:

- Proven experience 10+ years in compliance management, preferably within the media, entertainment, or technology sectors.

- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including content licensing, copyright laws, and data protection.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex regulations and develop practical solutions.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
