What you will do:

- Drive analytics maturity and value extraction across the organization

- Frames and aligns the analytics vision & strategy to the business strategy

- Define, design and manage the roadmap for data strategy

- Take accountability for executing the data initiatives within the business

- Advocate power of Analytics Design & Manage upskilling programs & drive culture & mindset change across all levels in the organization

Who you are:

- 12-14 years professional experience with data technologies

- Demonstrated leadership experience in leading large-scale teams

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or other quantitative fields

- Current/prior experience in Management Consulting is mandatory

- Excellent communication skills

- Strategic mindset & strategic influencer

- Leadership skill to manage large teams of different profiles & drive change

- Solid technical background

- In-depth knowledge of business and industry

- Ability to take initiative and lead cross-functional projects to the desired outcome with attention to detail and organizational & change management skills
