Responsibilities :

1. Manage the revenues, budgets and recovery of the spends on category with strong focus on unit economics

2. Develop country level long-term studio strategies, facilities and resource plans and support the execution of those deals

3. Build a strong pipeline of content to ensure monthly revenue and user growth targets driving entire creation from concepts to production; evaluate and assess the performance of running shows

4. Lead the analysis and valuation of new deals in partnership with the production management, post production, VFX, and other key studio divisions to facilitate decision making and timely execution

5. Regularly present analyses and reports on relevant operating and financial metrics in an easy-to-understand format to senior business leaders

6. Conduct ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends and performance indicators . Develop standards, systems, and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval, and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies

6. Develop a deep understanding of industry trends as well as competitive threats and opportunities

7. Develop strong relationships and partner cross-functionally with Strategy, Finance, and Data Science & Engineering teams

Requirements :

1. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience or MBA and a proven track record of superior financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic planning, including prior experience in consulting, finance, and/or strategy-related roles.

2. Candidates are required to be highly analytical and be strong, effective communicators. Candidates must be excellent at crafting, presenting, and socializing complex ideas, recommendations, and insights to broad stakeholder groups.

3. The successful candidate must display, through attitude and accomplishments, a strong initiative for anticipating and meeting the business demands of senior-level business managers. This person must be a solutions oriented problem solver with a focus on generating impact.

4. A commitment to embrace and advocate for inclusion is essential, including demonstrated cross-cultural understanding and intelligence.

5. Self-motivated leader and strong collaborator/ team player - with the ability to maintain calm, make good decisions, and work with constant ambiguity.
