Associate Director - Business Finance

Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present &forecasted financial health of the company

2. Financial Reporting - Conducting periodic review of Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash flow positions. Manage the preparation of the company's budget

3. Strategic Projects - Work with cross functional teams to drive operational improvements & cost efficiency

4. Corporate Finance - Support the management in developing collaterals such as the financial model, investment thesis & project feasibility reports for raising external financing from Banks/FIs for working capital investment projects

5. Involvement in the process of cash flow planning and new business initiatives of the company

6. Preparation of Project Report for corporate and working capital finance.

7. Modify financial plan and budget amount based on the changes in business plans.

8. Be involved in decision making for financial related commitments in business projects.

9. Work with the Due Diligence team of the organization for preparation of financial data for investors.

10. Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. Correspond with various other departments.

11. Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in business finance and worked with Unicorns or above.

2. Bachelor's/ Post Graduate Degree preferably from tier 1 college (IIT/IIM)

3. Strong finance professional skilled in Business Planning, Management, Financial Analysis, NetSuite, and Budgeting & Forecasting.

4. Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
