What you'll do :&nbsp; - Own vision, goals, strategy, roadmaps, and impact against the mission of building the largest social audio platform - Develop a deep understanding of the audio content landscape and new content trends through user research and experimentation - End to End ownership of strategy and execution of content creation &amp; acquisition as per targets - Owning segment level performance and building strategies to improve the same - Coordinate with large team size and ensure their performance - Occasional travels to meet the key stakeholders and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability - Manage the daily functions of the business - Prepare performance review and reevaluate processes - Manage budget to align with the goals of the business Who you are : - 2+ years of work experience in operations management or similar roles - Experience in operational or project management roles and collaborating within a fast-paced team environment - Comfortable in handling a large team size directly reporting to you - Own and manage processes and reporting with cross-functional partners for tracking and monitoring performance on content creation - Analytical mindset to identify and quickly solve problems - Stellar project management and managerial skills to maintain time-schedules - Excellent communication, written and presentation skills - FMCG, Consulting, Media, E-Commerce, Technology &amp; Internet, Startups background Language Proficiency: English &amp; Hindi Salary: As per industry standards (with attractive ESOPs) Education: Graduate Tier 1 with min 3 years Work Ex), MBA (Tier 1 with min 2-year Work Ex Location: Bangalore
