Pocket FM - Customer Success Manager - B2C (4-8 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. To look through customer obsession and analyze as per customer needs. (Must have B2C and Costumer Interaction Experience)

2. Has to drive his/her agenda across different functions

3. It's very important that he/she has to be a people person and can influence teams without having them report to him/her

4. English proficiency should be amazing because he/she will also handle US markets 5. Establish and maintain customer relationships

6. Establish customer service policies and practices

7. Provide high-level technical and product support

8. Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department

9. Creating a reliable customer loyalty program

10. Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals

11. Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner

12. Maintaining relationships with profitable customers

13. Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys

14. Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques

15. Supervise and develop customer success teams

Pre-requisites:

1. Should be proficient with English as the first language

2. Should have a minimum 3 years of Customer Success Experience

3. Should know the market standard
