We're currently hiring for "Growth Manager - Community" at Pocket FM

Responsibilities :

- We are looking for a Growth manager to own and accelerate our efforts towards efficiently growing and scaling promo writer's community in sync with Marketing goals for our India business.

- The objective is to figure out levers to acquire more users through the promo writer community.

- This role sits at the intersection of analytics, content and growth marketing. The ideal candidate is user obsessed, data-driven, an efficient leader with great people management skills and has a strong technical, marketing, analytical, and business background with a focus on delivering high impact and sustainable growth.

- The role involves extensive problem solving via rigorous experimentation

What to Bring :

- Must have experience of growing platform's revenue via marketing and content interventions

- Must have experience in managing and growing a large community

- Proficiency with data and attribution tools, deep analytics, performance monitoring

- 4+ years of experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders with high attention to detail

- Having a growth mindset and someone who is comfortable in a cross functional environment and has to work on challenging problems and deal with ambiguity

- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple cross functional team

- A willingness to work outside of the scope in order to bring alignment and better overall outcomes to the business at large

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience post undergrad in Growth/Revenue Strategy/Strategy Consulting/Corporate Strategy Team at digital consumer businesses.

- Prior relevant experience in content/media/entertainment industry is desirable but not mandatory

- Ability to build teams and scale rapidly

- Master's Degree in any field
