Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our organization as a Learning & Development & Employee Engagement Mid-Level Specialist. This role will play a critical role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and engagement of our employees through effective learning and development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that foster continuous learning, professional growth, and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

- Learning and Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring it supports employee growth, engagement, and talent retention.

- Training Program Design and Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop engaging and impactful training programs, workshops, and learning resources. Deliver training sessions as needed.

- Employee Onboarding: Develop and maintain an effective onboarding program that enables new employees to quickly integrate into the organization, understand their roles, and build relationships with colleagues.

- Employee Engagement Initiatives: Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and social events.

- Learning Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives through various evaluation methods, including surveys, assessments, and feedback, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Learning Technology and Systems: Research, recommend, and implement learning management systems and other technologies to support efficient delivery of training programs and employee development resources.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR business partners, department managers, and senior leaders, to identify learning needs, align learning initiatives with business objectives, and ensure support for employee development.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, employee engagement, or a related field. Experience in designing and delivering training programs is essential.

- Knowledge: Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and performance management processes. Familiarity with various learning technologies and platforms.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and deliver training sessions to diverse audiences.

- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders, to influence and drive change.

- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

- Adaptability: Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment. Willingness to embrace new technologies and learning methodologies.

- Passion for Learning: A genuine passion for learning and development, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture.
