Role Summary : The Sales Lead is responsible for leading the revenue generation for western & southern markets. The sales lead will lead a team of sales managers and work with different departments to execute the company's business strategy. They will work at the intersection of content and business strategies and build a long-term strategy. Key Responsibilities : - Lead & own the revenue targets for the Key accounts for all of the Northern& Eastern marketings across all channels of Pocket Aces. - Establish and maintain relationships with key brands & advertising agencies - Creating a very aggressive outreach program that will pitch our network to advertisers, brands, agencies, and intermediaries for direct sales. - Understanding client needs and customizes brand solutions and service offerings and pricing to achieve acquisition and revenue targets - Work with management to develop effective sales strategies for revenue growth - Lead the team to effectively work on deals, from client requirement to startegising, to closing, to execution to CS team to a successful launch. - Managing stakeholders and synergies across different departments by leading inter-team meetings, managing expectations. - Managing the team by setting and maintaining guidelines and standard operating procedures, overseeing bandwidth allocation, revenue etc. - Building a culture of innovation, analytical decision-making and collaboration in the team. Requirements : - Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead projects and teams - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to make data-driven decisions and create quick solutions in ambiguous situations. - Organization skills to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Grasp over financials and numbers and experience in handling budgets. - 10-15 years of experience into digital sales, ad sales or content sales - Have a strong sense of story-telling and understanding of the content ecosystem in India - Interest in content is a plus.
