Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to lead our people initiatives and operations. This person will be responsible to lead HR strategy and work with the leadership team to drive organizational change. We are looking for someone with strong Organisational Development experience, can play a vital role as a Business Partnership with multiple BUs, Worked with complex HRIS systems. Built programs and ROI models, and has developed and executed Employee engagement programs, Partnered in L&D, Hiring, CRM etc.

Job Description:

- Lead the HR function and be key member of the leadership team closely working with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met.

- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate also be a part of the design and implementation of policy and processes. Work closely with the leadership team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals. Completely own HR focus areas like recruitment, employee experience, performance management, rewards and benefits, payroll, succession planning, wellness, engagement and employer branding.

- Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system and Lead the Change Management and OD initiatives

- Act as chief custodian of company culture and ensure adherence to the company's value system. Inculcating a culture of high performance and accountability, while still ensuring adherence to the company's values and culture

- Deliver key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward.

- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

- Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring the team's growth and development

Requirements:

- Have around 13-18 yrs experience worked in a Start up culture and has scaled it

- Strong experience Performance Management Process

- Experience in working with young and fresh minds

- Worked in Mergers and Acquisitions in any phase of their career

- ESOP/Equity awareness

- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead projects and teams
