PNB Metlife - Finance Coordinator - Payroll (2-4 yrs)
Position : Finance coordinator
Location : Mumbai
Department : Finance
Function : Payroll
Reporting to : Deputy Manager
Context & Role : Finance Payroll and Projects
- Handling Payroll accounting including expenses provisioning, validation of entries and Expenses and B/S Account codes review related to Payroll
- Ensure timely payout and booking of salary, Full &Final Settlement, statutory dues (PF, PT, ESIC, LWF etc).
- Balance reconciliation of finance balances with HR balances.
- Ensuring that the month end closure for payroll accounting within the timelines.
- Regular review of P&L and Balance sheet accounts related to payroll function and work towards closure of any open/pending/unreconciled items
- Liaison with consultants for various valuations and closure of open items.
Required qualifications and experience :
- Relevant experience between 2-4 years in Payroll accounting (Insurance Accounting will be added advantage)
Knowledge and skills desired :
- Payroll function handling month end, MIS reporting activities along with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent in Knowledge of Excel (especially shortcuts in excel) is a most.
- Knowledge of SUN Financial System will be an add-on advantage

- Timely Execution of Payroll accounting.
